Before configuring the Yealink VoIP phone, please refer to the PBX VoIP Function AK-S567 article to complete the PBX setup on the AK-S567 monitor.
Step 1: Check an Available PBX Extension
On the AK-S567 monitor, open the PBX Extension List and identify an extension number that is not currently in use. In this example, extension 1005 will be used.
Step 2: Configure the Yealink VoIP Phone
- Access the Yealink phone web interface.
- Navigate to Account → Register.
- Select an available account slot.
Configure the account using the following information:
- Register Name: 1005 (or your chosen extension)
- User Name: 1005 (or your chosen extension)
- Password: PBX extension password configured on the AK-S567
- Server Address: IP address of the AK-S567 monitor
- Port: PBX server port configured on the AK-S567 (default: 5060)
After entering the required information, save the configuration and verify that the account status changes to Registered.
Once the registration is successful, the Yealink phone will be able to communicate with other PBX extensions configured on the AK-S567.
