When a person makes a call on an Akuvox device, an automatic screenshot is generated in the SmartPlus application, showing the image of the person who made the call.
To disable this feature, you need to access the installer portal in the Akuvox Cloud:
In the "Settings" -> "Log settings" tab, the "Visitor call capture" option should be disabled.
