In Akuvox projects of the Communities or Offices type, it may be necessary to register a large number of users, as well as their access RFID cards or devices to be used. Creating them one by one can become a tedious task. To speed up this process and perform a bulk upload or import of this data, the following steps must be taken:
IMPORT USERS AND DEVICES
1) Log in with the installer account:
2) Download the import template:
3) Fill in the template with the corresponding data:
The user and device data must be indicated. In certain columns, a red triangle will appear. This is because these only accept specific values. To know which values are available, place the cursor over the title of that column.
4) Import the filled template:
Once these steps are completed, the users and devices will appear in the installation.
IMPORT RFID CARDS
1) Log in with the property administrator account:
2) From the Residents tab (Community) or Users tab (Office), download the RFID cards template, fill it out, and re-import it:
NOTE: it is important to follow this order because, to import RFID cards, the people must have been created previously.
