When the following fault is given:
It is because in general the software libraries have not been installed correctly. This is usually solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
If this does not solve the problem, we will have to perform these steps:
- Copy the files from the Zkemkeeper folder (here are the software libraries):
Windows 64bits - C:WindowsWOW64
Windows 32bits - C:Windows32
- Once copied with the CMD command line running as administrator, go to the Windows folder and run this command:
- 64 bits: regsvr32 SysWOW64\zkemkeeper.dll
- 32 bits: regsvr32 System32\zkemkeeper.dll
