The steps we would normally have to take to have the records in the software and have the reports available would be these:
1. Download the records
2. Close the transfers. This means asking the software to make the right calculations with the records I have downloaded and the shifts I have configured
3. View the reports
The two reports that may be of most interest are the following:
List of general history of exchanges with transfers: the first one is the one of incidents, it will indicate in lines the time of Work (working time), time in excess (time that has passed of the hours that should have been worked), delay of day (time that the worker lacks to fulfill his shift), as well as the different incidents that we could have created type meal, rest, etc:
In this report we could even filter by a specific incident to see how much time has been spent on it each day.
Listing of presence parts The other report that may be interesting is the one that indicates the hours of work that have been done daily, as well as the possibility of making a summation of what has been done weekly and monthly:
