From the attached software interface, select the device and click on the "Unbind" tab at the top of the mask:
Then indicate the user and password of the recorder (admin+password) and specify the Captcha shown in the image
Download SADP
In case it does not work, send to helpdesk@visiotechsecurity.com the serial number of the equipment as well as a screenshot of the error that appears in the SADP when performing the procedure and a photo of the sticker of the equipment
