If the recorder password has been forgotten, it can only be retrieved via the recorder monitor
- A. Go to the Recorder start and B.) click on Login
- Enter the user name admin and click on Recover password
- Select on Dynamic password or, when you have used the recovery by questions, answer them.
- Send the picture of the window that appears on the recorder monitor to sat@visiotechsecurity.com with the subject RESET PASSWORD
- IMPORTANT: Do not close the recovery window, if this happens for some reason you will have to go through the steps again and send the photo, as the information will have changed
