Safire Smart decoders come factory-set with the IP 192.168.0.201, so the first step is to set your PC to the same range to access its web interface and establish the desired password and IP.
- The first step is to determine how the HDMI outputs will be divided, specifying the columns, rows, and the positions of each output:
- By dragging the HDMI outputs into each window of the Video Wall, each one will be placed in the appropriate position.
- Add cameras or recorders by indicating what is being added: IPC, NVR, Onvif camera, etc. If adding an NVR, specify the number of channels it has. The communication port for Safire Smart cameras and recorders is the server port, 8000 by default.
- Once the desired devices are added, in the Decoding Settings section you can set the quadrants for each HDMI configured in the videowall and drag each camera to the desired positions.
- The views you configure can be saved, making it easy to run them later.
If all windows are closed or cameras are moved from their positions, when you execute this view, the cameras will display in the positions set in the View.
- If multiple views are saved, you can have the display switch between them every X seconds by selecting the time and pressing Play.
- You can also create camera groups to cycle through each camera every X seconds when running on one of the VideoWall quadrants. For example, if you select 3 cameras in this group and run the group on a quadrant of the videowall, these 3 cameras will be displayed consecutively in that quadrant.
