To configure the recording schedule in Safire Smart, access the following section:
The recorder can be configured to make recordings from continuous to event-based recordings:
- Sensor Record Schedule: Recording of the channel by activation of an alarm input
- Motion Record Schedule: Motion detection recording
- AI Record Schedule: Recording by VCA events, depending on how the camera is configured, face detection, line crossing, intrusion, etc.
- POS Record Schedule: Recording by POS
- Timed Record Schedule: Continuous recording
Within each option you can configure whether you want a 24*7, 24*5, 24*2 calendar or you can create more custom calendars and select them from the drop-down menu. To see what each calendar looks like or to create new calendars, select Schedule Management
Next, if you are going to record for any of the above-mentioned events, you must configure each one of them indicating which channel the recording will be made from
In the case of motion detection:
IMPORTANT: The channel on which the recording will be made is the one in the right column, so it must always be the channel on which the event in question is being configured.
If it were an intelligent event such as a Line Crossing, in this case it is the same procedure but from the Trigger Mode section:
If several recording types are configured, when viewing them, you will be able to quickly see in the time bar, by the colors of each one, which recording you have had:
Here you can see that the blue color is for continuous recording and the light green color is for AI, intelligent event recording.
