There are certain parameters that appear in the image of Sunnel thermal cameras and that, in the case of using them with video analytics systems, can be a problem because they move across the image and can cause false detections, so it is advisable to remove them
- One of the parameters is the indication of the hottest point and its temperature. This can be removed in the following section
- The other option is the color legend that will not cause false detections because it does not move, but it removes an area of the image that may be of interest
To remove it, right-click on the image and select the "Sensor" option
Then switch to "Debug" mode and select the Close option in the "Temperature Strip Switch" section
