Another possibility is to manually insert the serial number of the plate. In case you cannot easily find this information, please note that it is possible to obtain it from the following menu of the web interface of the board Configuration --> Maintenance.
It consists of 9 digits, usually the last 9 numbers of the serial number; but in case there are only 8 numbers, we will also take in order the first letter to the left of the first number.
