In this FAQ we will learn about the details of the SAFIRE anti-handling controller SF-AC2101-WR. With it we will obtain more security in both AC controls and Video door phones, since the information is transmitted in a coded way and if the controller is not accessible from the outside we will not be able to sabotage it, as it is possible with the relay outputs accessible from the outside.

CONFIGURATION
All the configuration must be done on the external panel of the Video Entry System or Access Control from the Safire Control Center software.
We have to assign the ID 1 to the controller, to do so we only have to turn ON the dip-switch 1 and OFF the other tris dip-switches.
Then we must change the RS485 configuration of the Video door phone board in the Safire Control Center.
Rebooting the devices we can see how now on the screen will give us 2 unlock buttons. The opening time of the controller's relay is the same as the one of the board's relay.
