In the Easyclocking system we can assign absences to users, such as vacations, medical appointments, etc... There are already some created by default and available within the Control Panel:
The module that allows to create new absences as well as the possibility for users to make requests for absences does not even come in the software by default, so it has to be ordered separately. This request will be made by writing to eusupport@easyclocking.com

Another option we have is that the user himself requests these absences from his account with the APP:
They can also be ordered from the web:
Once the user has requested the absence, the administrator will have to approve it; to do so, a warning will appear and the administrator will accept it:
Now if we look at the user we can see that for those days he has assigned the absences, whatever the type is (holidays, etc...):
