04 - Safire Smart Remote Viewing via a Web Browser (AutoNAT)

For this procedure, it is recommended to use the Microsoft Edge web browser.

What do you need?

  • A Windows PC or laptop
  • Microsoft Edge web browser
  • The NVR serial number
  • The NVR username and password

Step 1: Obtain the NVR Serial Number

On the NVR, navigate to:

Main Menu → Network → TCP/IP → NAT

 

  • Step 2: Access the AutoNAT Portal

    1. Open Microsoft Edge.
    2. Enter the following address in the address bar:
    www.autonateu.com
    1. In the QR field, paste the serial number copied from the NVR.
    2. Enter the NVR Username and Password.
    3. Click Login.

 

Step 3: Install the Web Plugin (First-Time Access Only)

When connecting for the first time, a black screen may appear with the message:

"The plugin is not installed."

  1. Click the provided download link.
  2. Download and install the required plugin.
  3. Once the installation is complete, refresh the webpage.
  4. Log in again using the NVR credentials.

 

Step 4: View the NVR

After logging in successfully:

  1. Wait a few moments for the interface to load.
  2. The NVR web interface will open.
  3. The live view of the first camera will be displayed, and the full menu will be available.

Tip: If the live view does not appear after installing the plugin, refresh the page and log in again.
