1. Creating the Folder in EZCLOUD
The technician must log in to EZCLOUD and create a new folder where the device to be transferred or shared will later be placed.
Once the folder is created, the corresponding device should be moved or added inside it.
2. Switch to Installer User
After placing the device in the folder, the technician must switch the session to the installer user.
3. Selecting the Device Folder
While in the installer profile, navigate to the folder containing the device to be transferred or shared and select it to continue with the process.
4. Accessing the “Transfer” Section
Within the options available in the installer menu, access the Transfer section.
Upon entering, two options will appear:
- Transfer
- Share
The technician will select the appropriate option according to the action they need to perform.
