The Timelapse function, which saves screenshots every X seconds on X-Security cameras, is performed as follows:
- In the main menu, select"Picture"
- In the"Snapshot" section, in general type, select the time interval at which the camera should take each snapshot
- In"Time Plan" you can set the camera to take snapshots both in General mode, which is suitable for recording scheduled snapshots, but also by Event or Alarm, in case you want to take snapshots when one of these actions occurs
- With the "Storage" section you can set what you want to do with each type of recording (General, Event or Alarm) when the capacity of the card is full
- Finally, the only thing left to do is to search for the programmed captures in the "Picture Query" section
CAMERAS WITH OLD FIRMWARE
- Set the capture time interval, this interval can be set in Custom mode which allows a time range of 1-50000 seconds
- Set the recording schedule for continuous captures
Once the settings have been made, the captures can be checked from the Playback section, selecting the jpg option:
