When you try to watch live video, with the browser, PC software or with the app and an error message similar to "encrypted video or stream" appears, it is indicating that you must enter this code to access the images.
You can check what the verification code isand set the desired one:
- From the recorder with monitor and mouse, go to System or Configuration, Network, Advanced Settings and in the Easyconnect or Platform tab, there is the option for "Verification code"
- From the browser
This code in both Safire Control Center and the APP will be set in a pop-up window that will appear when trying to view the video:

It is also possible to disable this code, so that the Failed to view message will not be displayed from any platform. This can be done in 2 ways:
- From monitor and mouse
- From the mobile app, being administrator of the device and having it online. Click on the settings wheel next to the name. There is the option "Image codification", mark it OFF.
