ZKTeco ZKBio CVSecurity and ZKBioTime 8 software require the WMIC feature to validate the license. However, on Windows 11, it is not enabled by default.
To enable it, follow these steps:
1) Go to Settings -> System -> Optional Features:
2) Click on View Features and type WMIC:
3) Select it and install it
After this, the feature will be active on Windows 11.
IMPORTANT: In the latest versions of Windows, the WMIC feature has been completely removed, so in that case, download the file attached to the FAQ and follow those steps
