First setup Outdoor video intercom station
Follow the first four steps of the wizard on the monitor and take note of the IP address.
(Default monitor password is 123456)
The indoor video intercom monitor have a web interface to configure the device.
Enter the IP address in the web browser (the username and password are admin by default)
When entering the config page of the indoor video intercom monitor, it is mandatory to change the password.
Keep in mind that:
The password must contain one uppercase letter at least √
The password must contain one lowercase letter at least √
The password must contain one digit at least √
The password must be at least eight characters long √
Setup 1: Without internet connection
Next: follow first the activation steps: Akuvox - E03 - Akuvox - E03 - Setup the outdoor video intercom
After the basic settings of the outdoor video intercom station has been done, go to the tab Phone > Monitor
Set the MAC address in the field (Device Number), Device name, IP address, Username, Password and Display in Call Enabled.
Click on Add and Submit.
Then go to Contacts > Local Contacts
Enter the Name and Number (IP address of the outdoor video intercom) and click on Add
Setup 2: With internet connection
Login on the https://ecloud.akuvox.com/ installer webpage.
Select the role: Single tenant Manager
Click on New tenant and fill in the requested information.
Note: that it is not possible to add a tenant when this is already registered in another installer account.
When created, the account for the user, it is possible to add the device to the account.
For the Monitor, select: Indoor Monitor
Copy and paste the MAC address for the outdoor video intercom and delete the colon (:) so that you have only letters and numbers.
Note:
When the device is not showing up online, reboot the device.
The Relay 1 and 2 are the ones from the monitor and not the door unit.
