First setup Outdoor video intercom station
The outdoor video intercom have a web interface to configure the device.
For this the IP address is needed, to check the IP address press the doorbell button for 5 seconds and the doorbell will tell you the IP address.
Enter the IP address in the web browser (the username and password are admin by default)
When entering the config page of the outdoor video intercom, it is mandatory to change the password.
Keep in mind that:
The password must contain one uppercase letter at least √
The password must contain one lowercase letter at least √
The password must contain one digit at least √
The password must be at least eight characters long √
Setup 1: Without internet connection
Enter the outdoor unit via the web interface and open the Tab Intercom > Basic
Set the IP address from the indoor monitor and submit the setting.
Next: follow first the activation steps: Akuvox - E04 - Setup the indoor video intercom monitor
After the basic settings of the monitor has been done, go to the tab Phone > Monitor
Set the MAC address in the field (Device Number), Device name, IP address, Username, Password and Display in Call Enabled.
Click on Add and Submit.
Then go to Contacts > Local Contacts
Enter the Name and Number (IP address of the outdoor video intercom) and click on Add
Setup 2: With internet connection (standalone)
Login on the https://ecloud.akuvox.com/ installer webpage.
Select the role: Single tenant Manager
Click on New tenant and fill in the requested information.
Note: that it is not possible to add a tenant when this is already registered in another installer account.
When created, the account for the user, it is possible to add the device to the account.
For the outdoor unit, select: Single-tenant Device
Copy and paste the MAC address for the outdoor video intercom and delete the colon (:) so that you have only letters and numbers. Do not forget to enable the relay when connected to a door lock.
Note: When the device is not showing up online, reboot the device.
