The types of notifications in Ajax are:
Malfunction: failure to arm, loss of device monitoring events by the Hub, noise level of the control panel, lid open/closed....
Alerts: alarms, Hub not connected (Ethernet, WiFi or GSM), server connection restored...
Events: detector added/removed, user added/removed...
Arm/Disarm: arm/disarm..
