This tutorial is valid for VTK-S2111-IPW video-intercoms with firmware version 3.200.
If the procedure fails with Internet Explorer, please use the IETAB extension for Google Chrome.
First we must ensure that the video intercom and the interior monitor are correctly paired, each device must have its own IP address as detailed in the installation manual.
In the web browser menu, inside the "System Configuration" section, we must go to "Manage Interiors" and fill in the corresponding information (if the monitor and the external station are correctly connected, the external station (VTH) and its IP address data should automatically appear):
The data are:
- Surname
- Name
- Nickname
- VTH number connected to the indoor monitor 9901
- IP address of the external station (usually 192.168.1.)
Then go to the "Local Settings" tab and click on the "Read card" button at the bottom, pass the MIFARE card over the video-intercom reader and a message will appear in which you must enter a username and the number of the 9901 monitor; finally click on the "Confirm Delivery" button.
Press the OK button.
Then click on CONFIRM and then on OK.
To confirm which cards we have added, we can easily go to INDOOR MANAGER and click on the card information section:
We will have the information of all the cards recorded in the device.
You can also check who used the cards to open the door, in the LOGS section.
