When, after placing the point where the Blackbody and the two calibration points are located
we see that the temperature measured by the camera is not correct and/or the frame that is built on the person's face appears displaced, it means that the calibration points as well as the Blackbody point are not in the same positions in the visible image and in the thermal image.
In order to improve notably the positioning of these points the best is to have an image of the thermal part as defined as possible, this can be achieved by modifying the colour palette of visualization of the thermal part among the different options that we have in the software:
Once the points are configured in both cameras, we will press the Position Calib. icon and the shield icon (saving the points of the thermal part)
