To reset these cameras:
You have to use the software that comes with the "Device Manager" (which later on, after having it installed and running, will be called "IPCManager"), go to the last tab ("Advanced"), select the camera and use the "Restore" or "Restore user" function (depending on whether you want to reset all the settings, or just those of a single user).
