Configuring a Second Screen
Before adding a second screen to the system, you must verify that the main screen is properly installed and functioning normally.
Once its proper operation is confirmed, proceed to configure the second screen.
To do this, access the remote configuration using the iVMS software. In the NETWORK → GROUP NETWORK CONFIGURATION section, change the device type by switching the option from Indoor Station to Indoor Extension.
In addition to selecting the Indoor Extension option, assign the number 1 as the device identifier for the first additional screen. If installing more screens, assign identifiers consecutively as 2, 3, 4, and so on.
Next, access the remote configuration again. In the NETWORK → GROUP NETWORK CONFIGURATION section, configure the IP address of the main screen as the IP address of the new extension.
In the example shown, the main screen (Master) has the IP address 172.18.200.240. Therefore, this same IP address must be entered in the configuration of the new screen set as Indoor Extension.
Once the corresponding IP address is entered, click the SAVE button to save the configuration. It is not necessary to restart the device for the changes to take effect.
After completing the configuration, calls made to the system will be received simultaneously on both screens.
Keep in mind that once the second screen is configured as Indoor Extension, it will lose independent operation functions, including the P2P connection and other individual settings. From that moment on, the device will operate exclusively as an extension of the main screen.

Configuration Using the Initialization Wizard
Alternatively, the additional screen can be configured directly from the device itself using the initialization wizard.
The first step of the wizard is to set the device access password.
Next, select the system language.
Then, assign an IP address to the screen, respecting the local network's addressing range.
At this point, select the option corresponding to slave screen.
The default configuration Indoor Intercom should be changed by selecting Indoor Extension to set the device as an additional screen in the system.
In the next step, select the main screen of the system. Once selected, proceed to finish the configuration wizard.
After completing the process, verify the proper functioning of the screen and communication with the system.
