Configuration of the secondary video intercom:
1. Access the remote settings of the secondary video intercom:
2. Configure the video intercom as "Door Station" and set the device number to 1. If there are more secondary video intercoms, the device number would be 2, and so on:
3. After saving the changes, the video intercom will restart. Once restarted, proceed with the following configuration steps.
The next step is to enter the configuration page of the master video intercom:
- Open IVMS.
- Click on the master video intercom settings icon.
- Open the Device Management tab.
Add the secondary video intercom within the master video intercom:
- Click "Add".
- Select the device type: "Sub Door Station".
- Fill in the rest (the registration password can be different from the device password).
- This will be the number of the secondary video intercom; the first secondary video intercom starts with 1, and the next with number 2.
- Click OK to save.
- At first, it may appear offline
- After entering the data and saving changes, if everything is correct, the secondary video intercom should appear "Online" after a few minutes, indicating that the linking between the video intercoms was successful.
