Adding users in the database in the PC
- Open the SmartPSSAC on the PC
- Then the Personnel manager
- Click on the plus (+ Add) to add a new user
- In the first tab Basic Info add the user details
- User ID (can not be duplicated), Name and the rest
- Options to enter more personal details of the user
- The next tab to add a Password, cards and fingerprints
- To add a card via the device to read the card
- Select Device or Card issuer when using a USB card reader (we recommend to us the device to read the card)
- Select the device from where to read the card (when using are reader (when using a stand-alone model) Select reader number 1
- Ok to save the configuration
- Then Add card
- Set the cursor in the card No field and present the card in front of the reader
- Click on OK to add the card number to the user
