Certain LPR camera models allow license plate list management through the Hik-Connect Teams service. This management allows you to modify the lists that the cameras will use in their day-to-day operation.
First, you must confirm that the model you have is compatible with the Hik-Connect Teams ANPR service. This can be verified through this link: Hik-Connect.

When the camera is performing readings correctly, you must make sure that the camera is communicating with Hikvision's cloud servers. This can be verified in the advanced network configuration section, within the Hik-Connect section.
Next, you must link the camera to Hik-Connect from the app itself or from the website using its serial number.
Once it has been linked, the camera must be moved to the Teams section within the Hik-Connect website. To do this, click Add device and select the camera from the current list of cameras linked to the account.
Once it is in the Teams section, access the camera's configuration section and activate the ANPR service.
Once it has been activated, access the Hik-Connect ANPR section.
Within this section, access the list management section and create a new license plate list. Within this section, enter a name for the list, select its operating type, and link an LPR camera to it.
Once it has been created, you can add license plates manually or import a license plate list.
When importing multiple license plates at once, keep in mind that a specific format must be used. To comply with this format, within the import section, download the template provided by the manufacturer and enter an existing license plate list while following the template's format. The template indicates the points to keep in mind when completing it.
Once the license plates have been added, in the Status section, verify whether the license plates have been successfully transferred to the camera. We recommend connecting to it to check whether both lists match and confirm the link.
