It may happen that when trying to view a recording from a Safire IP camera, recording on its SD card, normally with a continuous recording, and configured by P2P, an error 240037 may appear
This error usually occurs when trying to view the recordings when the camera is in day mode, but not when it is in night mode. This occurs because of a limitation in the cloud for viewing the video via P2P.
The solution is to lower the iframe interval to 25:
The reason why you can see the recordings in certain hours of the day while in others it presents this error, is because when the image is more static (at night usually) there are fewer variations in the iframes, so they do not exceed the bandwidth limit.
